On 18 July 2026, Hannah and Ryan married in Sillavengo, Piedmont. Their day began with preparations at Resort al Castello, continued with a church ceremony in the village, and brought family and friends together at Cascina Capitanio.
A wedding day in Sillavengo
With the preparations, ceremony and reception close to one another, the story of the day moved naturally through Sillavengo. The photographs follow that journey: the anticipation before the ceremony, time with family and friends, and the celebration afterwards.
Room for real moments
Hannah and Ryan wanted their wedding photographs to feel natural, spontaneous and full of emotion. They also wanted to spend their day with their guests, rather than disappear for a long portrait session. That shaped the way I photographed them: offering a little direction when it was useful, then stepping back to let the moments unfold.
Celebrating at Cascina Capitanio
At Cascina Capitanio, the aperitivo, conversations and speeches gave the celebration its own rhythm. Alongside portraits of the couple, I looked for the gestures and connections that make a wedding story feel like theirs.
